first of all you need to be confirmed part of clan hpmm which also entails changing ur name to ur name in clan. The mods are ones that dont abuse crap and make stupid posts(occasionally one or two) or stupid threads. They also don't brag about their Mod status as you have about clan hpmm and they don't flame AT ALL. Check my rep to see the comment alex put on saying he left as mod(he didn't really give it up).
