its not good idea banning people if you are not sure 100% please first watch replay and if you are sure 100% after ban him....
there is not many admin who can unban him because admin purge...

| Your ban is valid, as the player "Dan-" did in fact teamkill player "200hz" (brown).
The ban shall remain in effect at this time.
Although brown did in fact say not to ban him, regardless of this statement... the player still violated the rules and it is our responsibility to punish such negative actions committed by players.
In the future, if you did not witness the offense yourself please refrain from initiating the ban until after you review the replay yourself. Once out of game, review the replay... if the player committed the offense then initiate the ban against said player with the offense and game name it occurred in within the ban reason.
Had the player not actually committed such offense and you had him banned up until down, you would have prevented the player from joining/playing any games until now... had the ban been removed. By doing this you would have had a negative impact on the player's gaming experience with our network. This is something you do not want to do. Your job as a bot admin is to enforce the rules overall ensuring the best possible gaming experience for our players.

| Hey guys,
i need to take up the cudgels for dan. At first it seems like his allie agrees. The second point is, and thats in my eyes ver important, that we should punish the users like theire behaviour in the past. For example: Dan trained me a lot in chf - and we lost some games cuz i played like shit 
That shouldnt mean that we dont ban people who break the rules. But maybe we can adjust the ban-time?

| It would make admins jobs much easier if you told him, just leave. If you had a newbie on your team and he saw you base killing he might think it is acceptable to do this in the future. I always feel if you join a game you should play to the bitter end even if you are losing. There are times all my team mates leave and i still win (sometimes i am better off if they leave). You learn much more by continuing.
I know this is getting a bit picky, just trying to make it better for all.
