undead bond have almost same casting time(I think it's same and both are slow) with captain. but much more weak and it's melee intel hero.

vex hero is much better than 1000 hidden old blood.

I honestly go for any hero with fast casting time. For me its medivh anyday. Id much rather escape alot faster and cast my shit faster to defend myself instead of waiting those crucial milliseconds.

I think cast time is just usefull when you have some ww or banish build, cause with builds where there is just one spell you can cast, that doesn't change anything. With both of those heroes I never ww or banish build, so I prefer captain bond (no ww cause don't like it and no banish cause same hotkey as blink).
