Custom Hot Keys - Lasso not working

| Hey guys. So I am one of those noobs who uses custom keys. I have customized my hotkeys for all the spells that I use and they all work well... appart from LASSO. My lasso hotkey is W and works at level one. The nafter I spell it to level 2 (which is common) it stops working.
Now mind you that I have no other spells on the same hotkey in my build.
I am not a tech wizard. I received a template from a fellow CHF player and basically just switched some of the keys. Here is my custom hotkey for lasso:

| WTF is this shit. I am especially shocked to receive such trollish answers from a game admin. Donating 100 USD to CHF turns out to become one of my dumbest moves ever - considering that I am getting trolled by an admin of a game I have donated to. This is truly embarrassing.
