Info
simply run the program, change the settings tabs to the proper locations
and then go back to the themes tab and click install, now you can pick
any theme you want by just pressing the "Set Selected As Current Theme"
button on the themes tab.

requires some themes you can get the themes here if you don't already have them

if you have any problems with any of my programs not starting, you maybe missing the proper framework for windows, you can get the latest framework free and fast from microsoft here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa569263

What program and language did you use to create this tool.
I guess Microsoft Visual Studio and maybe visual basic?

If so can you send me project file I would really like to learn few things created by you, mostly code.

vex, i downloaded it and stuff, i changed the number in settings to 1, but no theme will show up, halp!

its not working for me neither but there is other way to change theme
just download themes, run CUSTOMBG, then open that folder select 1 theme and copy UI and textures to wc3 install location..

i tried the other way, and my screen ended up fully white smile
but i somewhat like it so yeah smile
