Bond and other people said that 3.7b/3.8 should be focused on balance, so we should balance out the God Ward

I haven't seen anybody bring this up so I will post it. As we know, the God Ward has two charges. But those two charges dont have a cooldown, therefore, making it very powerful. It takes one newt (with base pet around it)/newt+jammy to kill one god ward. So it'll take two newts and one jammy to kill two god wards. And newts take a very long time to cooldown in the creep shop. But if we lower the cooldown rate for the newts, it will be OP for golemers. So there should be about a 30 second-45 second cooldown for the God Ward. That way, we can balance the game so mass tp heroes aren't too powerful over other teams.

Dude the wards have alot of counters because there are alot of dispellers.

Newts
wizard (this guys got ww 8))
shaman
wand
jammy

The shammy wizard combo will take the ward down no problem. I think the ward is good where its at because u can counter it with less than 1k.

What really annoys me btw is when people mention golems alot and they don't use them and never will use them for shit.

The cooldown idea is great idea but the ward itself leave it where it is.

dont dispel god wards pubs u purge them does way more damages top secrect no pubs allowed

I know purge is better but dispell is more used cause it could kill summoning mass quick
purge is cold strike and dispell is cold nova.... In dmg terms

Purge, from shaman. Wand of dispell. Also you can buy a static orb for your hero, does 250 bonus damage to summoned units (i.e God Ward). Works well on maulers.

i knew perge worked on summoned units, but not for the ward, thanks bop smile

The wards have plenty of counters already and don't need to be nerf at all. They cost 9000 gold and if someone has tt or newt + jamie they are trash. To make it anymore easier to dispell a god ward then you would have to take the god outta ward cause they would really suck.
