Been playing another game for months because getting stomped by 3 people from a clan vs pubs is stupid. So I log in, first game cheesy-gordia, jonathan290 and another HPMM (i forget who) vs a bunch of randoms. It is pathetic that a team like that would EVER play against a non-clan group, and it NEEDS to be addressed if you ever want to keep newer players. I am extremely confused as to why this problem hasn't been fixed.
Maybe this game as cheesy stated, wasn't really hpmm vs randoms.
Although i agree that there can be times when complete newbies join against stacked hpmm'ers, and this makes the newbies think the game is stupid and confusing and won't join again, i think there should be 2 separate bots ( if possible ) for inhouse's and newbies/pubs.

One bot should have 3 admins at most: e.g. Only Bond, Talk and a third person would have admin on HPMM-bot
The same would go for the other bots as well.
This is why chfg-bot is the best, little to no abuse happens there. Why? Because there are no admins/reserved players.
This has been a problem for so long ; as usual, nothing will be done to correct it.
Oh well, I posted my opinion anyway. Maybe the bot-owners will finally take action.
