ow. 1) it is capable of killing a whole team - leaving your whole team vulnerable 2) focus potion 3) he has auras, so once the team is down he can just rush in there like a little bitch and 4) he is very much op in "custom mode" because everyone is custom and has to live with a bull crap ulti that kills everything + HE liveS????

He is a good support hero but I dont think bill is OP at all. Very unfortunate if you stood on top of eachother and bill killed your whole teams heros. I am biwinning
I was hato, was using my ultimate, get stunned, double stunned, my team are standing next to me + 1 player from t2 = 4 kills + ssd = level 14 while I'm still level 6 reviving. good one I'm here to help :D
