for screen captures i use easy video capture its not so cpu intensive and does jstu fine I suffer from a condition called dislexix disgraphia so please parden my spelling and typographical errors
I bought fraps like 4 years ago, I can give you my account info and you can dowload it if you want just play the rep and record the parts you want. Then use like windows movie maker you can do whatever you want, its pretty easy.
