New Groups and Icons

| I picked icons for new user groups. Expect them soon. EDIT: Done.
I hope that you like new user groups icons, I will make them transparent in few days.
Also I edited user title a little, I removed annoying blinking and used white color instead orange. (font size is reduced by 1 as well) Because some staff members or clan members donated I wasn't able to create new user group just for them, instead I added 2 ★ symbols into their user title.
Normal users have new user title (Small Contributor, Contributor and Great Contributor).
Staff Members just got 2 ★ symbols. Other admins already fixed awards. Thanks for your time, have a nice day. EDIT: Another thing, I really don't like those 200x200 avatars, they ruin forum look.
I set limit to 100x100 and max size to 200kb so you can use tga or png avatars

| kobas the tags all need to be the exact same length so if u need more length for some then extend the length of the others so they all match
