In my opinion maphacker should be punished in 3 sections.
First mh => you will be banned for 3 weeks.
Second mh => you will be banned for 6 weeks.
Third mh => you will be banned for ever.
@cou of course donaters have privileges
First mh =>admins will be banned for 3 weeks.
Second mh =>admins will be banned for 6 weeks.
Third mh =>admins will loosed their adminship permanently [unless they will donate again].
Fourth mh => admins will be banned for ever.
This punishment is independent of time
