So Vex let me know many of you wonder where the !stats went in HPMM bot, well i cleared it for now. a database holds all player and game !stats and stay % etc.. it also holds all admins data and bans and saftlisted players
I backed the 106MB database to use for later once i get a more powerful bot server For now i deleted and cleared all stats data so its down to 22MB now. The reason the bot lagged and had lag spikes a lot is becuz everytime someone would type !stats it would create a small instant lag spike in the processor looking thru the 100,000s of games to get the stats for that player u did !stats on.
ClanHPMM bot has been around the longest and has the most games played on it which is why it lags becuz of the huge database.. i need a better comp for it after all this time now..
The 1-3 sec large lag spikes come from when a game ends and it stores that games data to the database and updates it which in a database that big, it spikes the processor i got out for a few secs, So if 4 games are running at once and a game ends those 3 other games are gonna get a good 1-2sec huge lag spike.
For now with the data base cleared the bot should run a lot more smooth without all those lag spikes making the game play better.. i'll leave it this way until i can get the new bot server.
stats literally mean nothing other than life or no life. I know plenty of people with low stats but are extremely good. really how many of us look at stats? only noobs do. codes tell a lot more than stats

yea well comcast is retarded and for no reason f'ed with my internet from like 25mb/s to 2.0mb/s download the upload stayed the same at like 8mb/s tho i'm gonna call and complain and get that shit fixed soon no worries..
and it may not 100% fix the bot but it should make it a ton better from what it use to be, i dont see it spiking as much as before.
gonna shut the bot down for a little bit while i call Comcast, they are probably gonna have to reset it or something anyway so if games were going during this time they would all be dropped, so just saving from disappointment
