I dont think i need to. I walk most of the time im outside. At least 2hrs of jogging/biking a day is my habit
Jogging and Biking works on your thighs and only a very very very tiny bit of your calves and abs. Doing the same routine everyday is usually ineffective. DO SOME SITUPS
