| i didnt read this all and dont care to reply to it, but tome of retraining doesnt act like potion of focus.. and if it did i wouldnt have added it.
I am pretty sure i made a message to not use it while spells are on cd time or it wont work for those, but even if i forgot to do that.. it should be obvious to you thats why they dont get unlearned.. common sense -.-

Jogging and Biking works on your thighs and only a very very very tiny bit of your calves and abs. Doing the same routine everyday is usually ineffective. DO SOME SITUPS
