It was at its worse with 11 - 12 k. Now it went slowly up the last few weeks and hit a healthy 14 k range. If all goes well, it will keep growing, gaining more exposure creating a snowball effect for players to play more and introduce more to their friends etc.

This helps reduce the amount of elo abuse. Players will not have to be scared anymore when they play. It will display there highest rank. The old rank = there highest ranked obtained.

guys like c.r.4.z.y-, raydensery, angrylucasroger and any... they leave when map loading.. and in every 2nd game jame in mass.. coz leaver.. they all not noobs (know what they do)... and it was not disconnect.... i think need give lose if hes team lose and they will stop do it..
