If I banned for team killing my friend who play W3 with me almost 1,5 year why I cant ban MvTvD0rPr015 for same reason?

When potatoe was attacking our ally base i told him "please dont kill him or i will ban you" i told him that in czech language (you can translate it). And you really think Matador didnt know about rule "you can not kill your team mates"? What funny excuse.
And why you are lying about some stacking? Today i swaped in my team MrDarkDevil and Zizi Zizi we are playing together 1,5 year we played CHF on Garena before i bought original CD and started play on EFB-Bot. Its not stack and they are just normal players like me, not pro.

Why : Because everybody knows that is not a legit reason to ban someone
Punishment : This time u should remove his admin for two /3 weeks and u should ban him for 3 /4 days.

| The rules command is good but it is like annoying. Every time I add a new rule I need to reedit ghost++. I will be removing riskdev admin for 4 weeks and banning for 3 days. You cannot ban someone for feeding. Only ban if they intentionally feed
