Really? Maybe I judt did not understand good what Random said. I thought everyone will be able post like before but we will get answer only from Bond or Cou etc.

Na, he meant only 2 players on forum can post.
And the head admins (Random, Bio mainly) will only consider those 2 player's post ever.

Other words: Everyone but 2 players would be banned from posting on forums.
Other words: Random is just trolling with us.
Other words: Our head admin is being immature.

Basically the concept is:
1. We select 2 regular players as our representative.
2. These representatives then are the only ones allowed to post "for" us.
3. If these repsentatives decide to go AFK on forum or simply ignore you on battlenet or you can never find the time to communicate your ideas..... you can't ever bring your voice.
4. If these represntatives don't like you for personal reasons or disagree with your ideas, ........ you can't ever bring your voice.
5. You can't post. Otherwise, reproof.
6. You can post only "ban/unban players" on bot for maphack/etc. This leads no one to ever really visit forum.
7. Forum dies slowly since no one bothers to waste time on forum in which their voices don't even count.
8. Random is happy at his trolling.
9. The end.

More simplified:
1. You can't post.
2. You still can't post.
3. You really can't post.
4. You rage and leave forum for good. lol

Players will not get banned we will just ignore others opinion beside representative.

well RosarioVampireZ, failed to tell you some other important stuff
#admins will be able to abuse you 24/7 meaning they can kick/ban/abuse for no reason or the want something from you
lets take some examples user lotrrotk Questioned bio's stuff on http://chf.ucoz.com/forum/74-3918-3
and was banned or RosarioVampireZ, was kicked from clan hpmm room for doing nothing
