I can't join games, it seems like the BOT refuses connection

Hi there, recently I have been trying to join games through W3C under the Battle.net Custom Games lobby, however when I try to join a CHF game it says that the game is unavailable, which clearly is not because I can see it on playchf and sometimes it takes a while and if I click under "current games" while the client is trying to join in I can see my name in the list on the site.

What is going on?

My battle.net tag is richardba

richard , I am not sure what kind of BOT are you trying to join since everyone has no problem joining the game.

bot does not host at euro battle.net . put bot there too :/

I can't join any games hosted by CHF.Bot4, if the bot hosting CHF is different one I can, please see to it, I can't play for like 2 weeks
