I am playing ladder and chf both. I changed customkeys.txt file for ladder hotkey. And I found difference between my custom changed hotkey and original hotkeys when I am playing chf game. If I turn on user custom hotkeys option then hotkeys are changing in chf. But that is different with ladder hotkey on same skill.
Anyway what I want to say is I wish I could change hotkeys on chf. I guess there is method.
ive talked to bond about the issue but because all the spell are chosen its the spell that is hot key'd sooooo to change say swarm to diff hotkey it would have to be unused and would be far from its counter part z coil i asked him if he could change the hotkeys to the box with the item he said he would look into it that was last yr lol but maybe i will push for it on 3.5 cuz it would be very nice to use coil swarm together and not have to click the spell sorry bout not being a help but i thought u would like to know my side of this I'm still winning ....... I found a way with autowarkey, it's an application of warkeys, but you can active autowarkey and disabled warkeys at same time. For exemple: when u wanna cast Swarm, you can do : When I press D it actives Z and so with any hotkey you want, but best is to active it when you start a game and disable it when you finish. Cuz you gonna have problems with chatting, with the same exemple, when u wanna write "Donkey Kong" it gonna write "zonkey Kong"
I don't use it for chf but for ladder, with some hotkeys I don't need for chatting like "Xmouse1" (Mouse 4), "Xmouse2" (Mouse 5) and even CAPSLOCK.

It will be useful tool. But what I wanted was changing hotkey that set as same hotkey. For example swam and coil, or shockwave. that is same as Z butten. I wish I could use it together with different key not clicking icon butten.

oh yeah, u mean like shockwave and swarm being on Z, and u wanna use the 2 on different key's... Well that's a totally ingame thing, so I guess only bond can change that
ok maybe somehow u could activate both skils at same time. for ex, u sset all ur spells on z key, so as soon as u press it all ur spells immediately cast. THAT WAY hero killers can just press z and all their spells will go out killing the person targeted faster (giving him no chance to escape) sig in construction

and where is the skill in that? i have to learn how to cast all the spells together well and effective + learn the good combination and order of casting them for no delays, and you come up with that
nope, you don't get it. some spells need time after being casted, so u can't insta cast any other spell afterwards, and things like if u go nova/coil u go coil first and then nova for obv. reasons.
