new ppl can't leave any message without admin's permission. it's very restricted n that gives much more power to mod and admin.
also this quote system have fking problem. it twists text message when i quote more than two.

| I introduced this forum to some of korean noobs in west server creep channel but they don't know how to write.
also newbies don't know who are moderator and adminastrator.
Need to make a new category that are allowed to write for forum newcomers.
or why not just open to all and show posters IP on their thread.

| Yo. This needs to be addresses. In order for the chf community to stay alive action must be taken. One of them is reopening the forum. If the forum was open this forum would have been active. 3 or so month of advertising chf.ucoz.com could have brought at least 1 new member lol. But yeah. I do understand it is not safe because banned members would automatically be able to go on the site. But, this is a 50/50 thing. If we do reopen it could be a good or bad. Added (2013-08-29, 5:25 AM)

| Or either that, give Mods like me the ability to make new accounts allowed to post. I have no ability to make new account a "noob" where they can post. I'm very active too. I'm not saying spiders a lazy mod, he's actually accepted my requests to make players allowed to post, but if there's a new account that doesn't requests for me to request to spider, it makes it a little difficult lol.
