Vamp pretty much summed it up. I was going to post the exact same thing. Also, I don't think you know what an admin is:
Admins can control anything (to some extent depending on admin or root admin) the bot does. They don't effect the game at all (unless kicking people mid-game, in which case you can report them on this website).
I cannot kick people midgame, I think it is only root admins that can do that. I know this because back when the mirrors+Rockets glitch existed there was this one guy who abused it. Next game in the lobby I told him that if he glitched again I'd kick him (Fair warning I think). He glitched and I tried to kick him but I could not. I was like
