Its a dry biscuit, very popular in Australia and new Zealand, ive never tried to jam it but I can only imagine trying ;p.

me too! My friends, friend made us dinner one time and he had No bake bread with Steak and Green peppers...then he added this special Korean Sauce...and it was AMAZING

yay! I rly wish i could help but im from sweden and we stole like 90 % of our food from countrys that know how to cook biggrin All i can think of is in the healty snack department! Step one: mix sourcream with some funky herbs ( not weed ) step 2: cut up some carots n cucumbers or veggie of chosie. Step3: Dip that shit yummy

Wheat bix! I'd normally slice bananas and strawberrys and add it in the bowl of wheat bix and sprinkle sugar over my wheet bix. Mix it up and it's delcious!

A typical Aussie breakfast:

I have fruit loops for brekky and glass of juice with a grin on my face :D. Then for lunch I'd eat spiced lamb, salad with a drink of Orange juice. For tea I'd eat fish 'n' chips, Aussie style. lol. There's nothing healthy about us. We're rated one of the highest obesity in the world. Thank God I'm very active lol.
