Breakfast: Oatmeal, eggs (specifically the whites, the yolks are fatty), yogurt with granola Lunch: Typically, people don't eat a very healthy lunch here. In general, though, I eat food from other cultures - my mom makes a lot of Thai, Mexican, and African foods, most of which are low in fat and high in protein and complex carbohydrates. Canada is very multicultural, so a lot of other people do this as well. Something to avoid is cold cuts, because of the high salt levels. Dinner: Again, multicultural foods. Fish is good (omega-3, protein, good fats), rice, pasta (without too much dressing), salads, stuff like that. By the way RED BEAN CAKES ARE DELICIOUS. Snacks: Fruits, vegetables...that's about it Drinks: Tea and pure maple syrup

Kalbi: a korean BBQ, both nutritious, and just so tasty as hell
Bibimbap: is also a popular korean dish, it consists of veggies, lean meat, red pepper taste, and an egg spread Over some grain rice. Tastes good, Healthy, and fulfilling, even though it has alot of calories for a dish, the variety in it is massive.
Kimchi: If you don't eat this you aren't korean simple lol, I heard from a couple classes back in the day in can increase metabolism and prevent obesity. Your pretty much gonna find kimchi in 99% of all korean dishes/meals. Ideal for soups.
All of this is dinner food, besides kimchi which is eaten pretty much at brreakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ill edit this more more and more for days to come, for now I gotta go im in a rush...
I tell that to people, they say ok, then they forget like a month later :p, always happens.
And another note, Koreans don't really have any sort of Breakfast dishes such as Americans do, we are pretty repetitive with what we eat at the time of day. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all the same with what we eat.
All I can really say is that Koreans, man we love spicy $#@! and because were so adapted to it, it makes Americans look nooby to us in spicy eating competition :p.
Now when it comes to Korean pastry and desserts, I seriously can't remember any about how they made or what they called because there is just soooo many!. But hell, we have good desserts is all I can say. We use alot of soybeans and rice into our pastry's is all I remember.
