So you might find out that I eat a lot, because of all my training. What we eat in Denmark change a lot, depending on the time of the year. I’m not sure what you are most interested in, but I will just go for winter and summer. Oh btw this is the healfy version of Danish food.
Summer:
Breakfast: oatmeal, some fruit, orange juice and maybe some toast. Rye bread is also popular by me, since it satiate a lot.
Lunch: Depends on much, but probably some salad and pasta or a sandwich. You can add some fruit and vegetables here too.
Dinner: Different from each day, mostly pasta salad with some delicious meat and some cottage cheese, since it’s warm. Pie, pizza and homemade burgers are welcome too. There is so many choices that you have no idea, since we got all our food traditions from other countries. In winter we eat more meat:
Breakfast: Oatmeal (healfy good stuff), orange juice and pretty much the same as summer.
Lunch: Pretty much the same as summer, since I’m at school and have to take my own food with me.
Dinner: We eat a lot of different meats here. Like pig, cow and chicken. We eat it often with warm vegetable, potatoes or rice and with a warm sauce.
All I got, but this is pretty much the food I eat everyday + a little more. There is tons of more food, but hope you can use it for something!
