there is no such option im afraid at least i haven't seen one, probably moderators have it and admin for sure.
i noticed where that comes from master, i just saw your blank post. from what i've seen on other forums, it shouldn't allow the user to post a blank message and should be filled with at least 3 characters.

Just ask moderator to do job for ya! Also threads can't be deleted as well (they can by moderators, but they should move that thread into Recycle Bin forum or ask admin to do job)
