Skills:
1:Wind walk.
2: Snipe: Long range single target attack spell with Death coil CD. Instant hit or less than 1/10 of a second travel time to maximum distance.
L1: 150 Damage, 300 range
L2: 300 Damage, 600 range
L3: 450 Damage, 900 range
L4: 600 Damage, 1,200 range
L5: 750 Damage, 1,500 range
L6: 1,000 Damage, 2,000 range
3:Combat Blink: Regular blink except; It removes dust, it slows on levels 3 and 4, and on levels 5 and 6 it stuns. Destroys sentry wards in AoE of slow/stun
4: Death Walk (Passive): Increases the efficacy of Wind Walk, Snipe no longer causes the hero to exit WW.
L1: 50% chance attacking won't break Wind Walk. 5% less damage on WW attacks.
L2: 75% chance attack won't break Wind Walk, Blinking out of WW gets double the stun/slow duration. 5% less damage on WW attacks.
L3: Attacking no longer breaks Wind Walk and Snipe gets WW bonus damage when used out of WW status.

The ultimate in unseen HK Mandates teching if you want any hope of fighting units, once maxed out has some of the highest single target DPS possible with the constant WW attacks. This hero makes up for AoEs with the ability to ninja its way in and out of anywhere ready to kill its target then vanish once more.

Starting Agility: 17 (Low growth rate)
Starting Intelligence: 24 (High growth rate)

Skills:
*Animal form: Slows The Cursed, prevents item use, and removes his attack along with reducing his armor to 0.
*Ethereal form: Same Status as Halp Meh.
1: Reciprocal Pain: Doubly effective thorns aura.
2: Banish Aura: While The Cursed is ethereal gives a negative aura that increases the damage done to enemies by magic attacks.
L1: ¾ Tich meh range, 140% damage
L2: ¾ Tich meh range, 160% damage
L3: ¾ Tich meh range, 180% damage
L4: ¾ Tich meh range, 200% damage
L5: ¾ Tich meh range, 220% damage
L6: ¾ Tich meh range, 240% damage
3: Hex Aura: While The Cursed is in Animal form hexes nearby enemies while draining his mana quickly.

A non combative take on the negative aura concept, this is the prime example of a team player, The Cursed on his own is free gold, however the Cursed with a team to take advantage of his amazing support abilities would be a scary fight to manage.
