I will continue editing this post as after we discuss things we come to different decisions on how and what needs balancing. I'll start off adding some things I think that need balancing, and through discussion I will add more and edit the ones posted.

Spells:

Cold strike damage should be very close to death coil damage.
War stomp damage should be reduced.
The attack/move speed aura should be increased.

Tech:
Undead tech needs a considerable hp boost, especially the first 3 tiers
I think that a hp upgrade should be made available to all tiers from tier 0 onward.

Items:
I believe it's time to remove the stock delays on many items, especially the more basic items like precept of mana for instance. It's not going to change game play hardly at all and will allow the newer players a better chance of building the item they want. Pro players are more likely to stand beside the shop as it becomes available, preventing the newer players from being able to buy them also.

Thats all I will add for now, I will edit and add things as we discuss. Please do not flame my opinions or the opinions of others in this thread as that is not helpful, thank you.

cold strike is 900
death coil is 1000

i think the war stomp unit stun should be reduced, not the dmg
the 8 sec stun is enough to almost perma stun a unit

the cd for items should be reduced, especially for recipies

i think the stomp is 4 sec stun time and the damage even at lvl 6 is quite low maybe 380ish i think?

Yeah some items could prob use a cd reduction

Stomp stuns units longer than it does heroes, but it doesn't stun lock them. With bolt I think you can stun lock a unit but that's useless. Impale + war stomp I think can perma stun units at L5 each though unsure.

If you get chaotic frost and war stomp to level 4 and 5 (interchangeably), you can stunlock units.

Maul of corruption also needs a cooldown...it makes getting more than one lightspeed Hell.

8 sec stomp stun is very imba, it should be 3 for heros/ 6 for units

I think its double for units.

If u actived one of them they will both get actived for some reason. So u cant perma stun.
