| Okay, so here's the deal.
No one techs NE!!! - basically because its shit.
We should give it some sort of spell reduction??
Just please make them better!
Adding +5 to tier 1 NE damage doesn't really make a difference..
Kodos can have above 100 dmg, and you can upgrade hp. basically this whole race is OP
Raiders can rush really well, same as kodos basically - you can upgrade hp. orcs suck tho, haha :P
spell breakers, there are ALOT of them, they have range, take mana away and you can upgrade hitpoints!!
spiders are good, but i've never really used undead much.
and finally, the whole night elf race can be killed by carrion and impale. excluding darks!!
If you are aiming to make the game more balanced, you should surely do this before you create another race.

| NE t4 should go back to glaive throwers cause its classic and they should have some cool twist, maybe insane armor, reduced movespeed and slight spell reduction + range make them kinda tanky
