Getting automatically a hero when the game start?

In this way nobody would be able to spend their gold in other way instead of buying a hero;fast lvl up in mass can really unbalance the game.
the afk test should take a few less seconds too?

and plus, wat if the player IS afk and gets a hero? lol..then ur totally screwed -.-

Like too-da-you-dee said. Make all first heroes free or maybe 350 gold and keep the exp rate for it so players with afk team get enough for wards etc.

Make the first hero 100 and you start with 200, that way its a little more balanced if you are without a teammate or with your teamates. I dont know how you could do that though, because otherwise second heroes etc. But maybe you could use a command like -hero and it will get you your hero for 100 gold but it can only be used within the first like 3 minutes and only used once for each player, either way it would make this game even more complicated resulting in more bugs etc.

Good suggestions but have to also take into account people with codes and i agree with chinese that it would probably cause a lot of bugs and a lot of time for bond to be fixing it and have to put up with lots of bullshit from whinning kids.

about the code:can you make so you get secret heros with repicks?
Still we need a way to fix this unfairy way of playing(not getting hero).

2 minutes is the perfect amount of time, ive calculated how long it takes me to take a dump when playing a game/pissing/gettingfood/eatingfood/alloftheummaside? and ive determined its the right amount of time

but for real it is a good amount of time 1 min is to short and 2 min is good because its long enough people have time to not be afk and short enough people can get it before mass.

Maybe add an auto -afk command at the beginning of games too btw

I think making the first hero cheaper would be better and then next hero could go to 1900 but i don't know how you would do it..
