It was alredy marked as a noob move on this forum, i dont understand why its not fixed. I think that all playes should have a 200 starting gold (instead of 2100) and a free first hero pick. This way the only advantage u can get by not picking a hero is more exp for your allies, but your team will be 1 hero short (sounds fair to me).
This will, also, eliminate the problem with team getting around 1k gold if their ally leaves before picking a hero. Team will still have 600g all together and his units. If an ally leaves before picking a hero, it should be a hendicap for a team, not advantage, which it is now.

yeah today i got owned by some noobs in pub cus they played 2 heroes and i didnt even think that i would have to face that cheap strat when playing pub lol..

You should not be able to send gold or buy anything before u get a hero.

Word. And its not fixed yet agresion becuase Bond's pretty busy. We all are. But surely hes looking into it.

Also if you can do free hero pick than im pretty sure that would mean extra heroes.

no since u use lumber for skills for hero.

abilities work off lumber so it could make things messy if i do that. also i wish i would control mid game gold trading.. sadly wc3 doesnt allow me that option.. theres some ghetto work-arounds i can probably do tho. xD

honestly i think its a valid and rarely used strat

ive used one hero with two of my allies it is really cheap and almost impossible to beat one hero with black arrow and 2 auras chimz ive beaten some of the best in this game in shortly more then 10 mins i really like the strat but absolutly hate when pubs do it i was beaten by 2 of the SP-'s believe cartman and randy and they were uber noobs about it calling me a noob and i gett really aggrovated on the comp cuz people showing disrespect i would loooooooove to hit them wacko had they just said GG i wouldnt have cared but then they claim there pros and im a noob even when its not a good game and i slaughter pubs i say GG outta respect for my oppenent i would like it changed some how but will miss it -typo's brought to u by Kign biggrin

2 heroes and excess funds is a dramatic advantage at mass. If people need me to elaborate I can give reasons why, but since I've discussed it multiple times I'd rather just state my opinion and leave it be...

oh and i find this really funny how they felt so proud of themselves as if they really used them skills to put my team down.

so yeah something should be done about not spending gold on heroes because thats just cheap and unfair.
