Ending the game was pretty easy since all I did was altar twice in a row and steal the ring (when your dead, the ring is dropped?)
Of course I left the ring there 'cause of pity but the last level (Captain Bond 2nd wave) killed him since they ignored his hero and went straight towards his tier 5 base.
