Why you dont take the chance and just try it out? No parts of the community have nothing better to do and bitching BEFOR they actually tried it out. Mb you would like it because the rules would make the games more interesting. Who knows?.

Yeah, but if there are obvious flaws and limitations then you can bitch. For example, taking out ww and such is ridiculous as people use that in their builds. And taking it out not only brings others a disadvantage, but also brings you an advantage. Because you cant play against ww, pooling, skill stacking etc. you take it out. As such, you increase the chance of YOURSELF winning.
