ok guys so in a few weeks here im gonna be taking a break for a week or 2 ....

as some of you may or may not know i have some severe back issues

i have 3 herniated or bulged discs , and apperntly also i have a narrow spinal canal (
the channel in your spine the nerves travel through)

so january 17th im flying to tampa to a specialist for surgery

up till now my time on here and in game has been fairly limited because i spend a lot of time either in massive pain or heavily pumped up on meds to ease said pain and hopefully if everything goes right this will finaly come to an end

the odds of success for t he procedures they will be doing are very good however since they will be dealing sooo closely with the nerves in my spine there is a small chance i could wind up with major nerve damage and either partial or full paralisis which is why im traviling half way across the US to have the proceedure done by one of the best specialists for this

as i lead up to this date i might be on more at times and less at others so ill be depending on my moderators to keep things running smothly and on all of you to try and keep things civil and with a little luck when all is said and done ill accua;y be able to focus more and even get back in game more frequently .... that is of course when im not working my ass off to pay for the 25 grand this surgerys gonna cost me lol

on that note im off to bed as i have work in the morning lol

Ironic because you're taking a break because of a break in your back...

But seriously, that sucks, dude. Hope you recover quickly and the surgeries go smoothly. Shitty deal on the cost, as well. Gotta love Canada

except the quality in canada isnt as good and if i was canadian at best i could only get the old school spinal fusion thats got a crappy successrate and massive recovery time because what there doing now is a new high tech procedure and more places with universal healthcare dont cover it

False...my uncle just got almost the exact same surgeries done, at no cost, on a wait time of one week. Nice try, though.

my friends grandmother almost died because she had to wait 6 months for a simple MRI before she finaly gave up and drove to teh nearest US hospital with her checkbook and had an mri in less than 30 min .. then candian medicine refused to remove an easly removable tumor to save her life and agian she had to go across teh border to be cured

I won't deny that the queues are a problem, but it's easy to jump the line. My grandmother just recently jumped a two year waiting list on a new cancer treatment called the CyberKnife by filling out some easily accessible forms, and then she even chose not to go with the treatment...

Most of the time it's right there, and people don't see it.
