Taoism is in no way influenced by Hinduism. The story is clearly more closely tied to Taoist reincarnation; the author probably uses the one line mentioning Hinduism to illustrate the ignorance of the human race (I.e. what you are currently displaying).

There is no garbage or muddle to my writing. You accuse me of an inability to comprehend when there is no relation to karma in the story whatsoever? I have stated nothing bit facts, and yet you get mad and accuse me of trolling?

and hinduism is the OLDEST sources of belief in reincarnation soo ALL beleifs in any forum of reincarnation in some way come from that agian TAOSIM isnt a specific beleif and those various groups that follow a taoist PATH that beleives in some form of or make some reference to reincarnating only refer to specific indiviudals that are special reincanating not everyone

and if you cant ge the connection to karma ( where the consiquinces of yoru actions are turned back to you ) much like in the egg where the person is hitler but is also all teh people he tourtured and killed thing its CLEAR you sir are clueless about wtf karma is all about

all this arguing over a little story, just take what you want from it. I personally just thought it was a very beautifully written story with an interesting way of expressing the virtue of empathy.
