The following is a list of active rules which cover all in-game behavior of players on CHF Host Bots. These rules may be changed, modified or rescinded at any time, with or without advanced notice by the Head Administration.
All changes to these rules must be approved by a Head Administrator prior to any change being made.
These rules do not cover Administrator conduct. Administrator conduct will be covered in a separate Administrator Policies and Procedures thread on these forums.
These rules have been modified and updated to include all current bannable offenses on CHF bots. The Administration reserves the right to, at any time, deem any other offenses on CHF Host Bots bannable given the offenders action's warrant a necessary ban.
Some rules listed below are more of a generalization of offenses of equal magnitude. Staff members are expected to be trusted with ensuring that their bans are in fact inline with the given rules. I enacted these rules to cover a variation of obvious offenses where listing all possible offenses would be impracticable.
1. Abusing Votekick: 3 days 2. Admin Impersonation: 10 days; PERMANENT for repeated offenses 3. Team Killing, Destroying your own team's items or wielding them without permission: 3 days 4. Abusing bugs or Glitching (if it is obvious it wasn't intended to be a part of the game then don't do it): 18 days; PERMANENT for repeated offenses 5. The use of any third party program which gives an unfair advantage to the player: 30 days; PERMANENT for repeated offenses 6. Any intentional action which gives your team an unfair disadvantage: 3 days 7. Any intentional action which gives another team an unfair advantage: 3 days 8. Intentionally not buying a hero at game start unless the player is AFK: 3 days 9. Any intentional abuse of the ELO System: 10 days 10. The FORCING of ANY mode after the START OF MASS: 10 days 11. Building a Tower Middle during FTD Mode at any point during the game: 3 days 12. Circumventing any ban: 30 days; PERMANENT for repeated offenses 13. Repeatedly joining and immediately leaving a lobby multiple times to delay a game from starting: 2 days 14. Abusing bot reserve status intentionally: 2 days 15. The attempt to use any beta test codes: 30 days; PERMANENT for repeated offenses 16. Intentional blocking hero from leaving the spell room/area: 1-10 days
Lack of knowledge of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for not following them. All players are expected to follow these rules while playing CHF on ClanHPMM Host Bots.

Map Hacking: 2 months - Permanent Admin Abuse: 2-12 days Rudeness: 1 hour - 2 days Abusing Votekick: 1 hour - 3 days Admin impersonation: 1 hour - 24 hours Team Killing: 10 hours - 3 days Using !drop command instantly when someone is lagging. Must give time for the person lagging to stop. 8 hours - 3 days (Command removed use !synclimit 9999999 .However, please give the lagger a chance to recover. If he doesn't after a while use that command.) Kicking a person who is downloading in the lobby.: 1 hour - 1 day (If you don't want to play with a person downloading swap him to another team (Admins only) or leave) Team Item destroying/Team Item Wielding without permission.: 8 hours - 3 days Bug Abuse: 12 days - permanent Hacking of any sort: 18 days - Permanent Selling your Items Intentionally and wanting to lose money. 12 hours - 3 days

It has nothing to do with "not knowing the old chf problems." I swear, in all honesty all you do is cause problems. I explained myself very thoroughly in the thread I posted last night. You can't ban people for rules that are not publicized. Bottom line. If bond deems them a bannable offense he can add them to the official rules. Banning people for something they don't know is against the rules just isn't right. It is very simple. I've received multiple PM's and whispers from users asking why people are being banned for these things. They have said to me it's not fair because it is not posted in the rules. Therefore I 100% agree with them, it is not fair. A good example is... I can not be arrested for something that is not a law.

Actually what happened was, a player informed me that you were intentionally not getting a hero because I said no hero was not bannable until effectively placed in the rules. So... I decided to review your last several games to verify or deny that report. The overall behavior of yours in game while acting as a game moderator was absurd. It's absolutely hilarious to me that you claim I abuse so much and everything... well here you go fella.
User Kosanaki was banned by WG after leaving 35 seconds into the game for "No Hero". First of all I made a very clear announcement stating not to ban for this reason until it is officially posted in the rules. WG clearly disagreed with me but I was very clear on this advisement. Following this, I told him via PM that banning for reasons not posted in the active rules will result in admin removal.
And a couple games after that he clearly announces in-game that no hero is not bannable so please do not try and say you were not aware yet.
That said, this ban is simply abusive anyways.

The player was banned for not choosing a hero when the player was not even in the game. Player leaves 35 seconds into the game (hero selection was not even over yet) , Ghost bans at 01:07 for no hero.
Not only is this a complete disregard to the instructions given against these bans currently, the ban is abusive and unjust.

Now I am initiating a ban against you for bug abuse as well. It's one thing to discover bugs for james, it's another to intentionally abuse them and show them to other players for your own personal gain... especially when acting as a member of our staff.

This is kinda stupid, like I said earlier some rules come from the common sense !!! It's not a f$cking pubs who don't understand CHF MECHANIC which is abusing of 2 hero start or tower in middle during FTD mode. They know exactely that it's unfair for the other players (except Roger Legend) !! And it has been said a tons of time.
Then you are going to do a lot of troubles because several bans has been made for 2 hero, or towers strat. Then it means their previous bans weren't justified.
You know what instead of saying this, just edit the thread "hostrules bot" with the agreement of bond (for days ban).

You think that we shouldn't ban players for something that isn't wrote in rules. To prove your argument, you stated real life : "I can not be arrested for something that is not a law".
Now, let me show you, your lack of knowledge. Every days, they are cases with people that didn't enter in the legal framework. It means that there is no rules in law who can respond to their troubles. So the judges should take a decision by themselves because nothing is wrote in the law. Their decison will be a case law / jurisprudence. And then for future same cases, the previous decision will be stated as law.
This is really, really stupid to not ban someone that broked rules conciously just because it's not wrote in our rules.
By the way, you gonna tell me that people should have read rules before to be banned. But most of players don't bother to read them, or can't find them in this big forum. And if you really like to compare it with real life until the end, it's the same thing. Their are tons of codes for the law like penal code, civil code, commercial code. Each of them do more than 2 000 pages. Do you really think people even know 1 % of this ?! Most of things just come from the common sense. Stop stupidity pls......
