I have very easy solution how to make ELO system ballance and fair. If you will realize my idea people will stop abuse swap players like edu.reme, rogerlucas, princess88 or they will stop make fake accounts and losing games on purpose.
My idea is VERY easy:
If you will win game you will get +1 elo (and its not important who was your ally - Cou, FTL Roystom, JST4X or rogerlucas, edu.reme, princess88).
If you will lose game you will lose -1 elo (and again its not important if you lose vs Cou, FTL Roystom, JST4X or rogerlucas, edu.reme, princess88).
For example if you will playing soccer/football and you wil win you will get +3 (and its not important if you won vs Real Mardir, FC Liverpool, Manchester United or if you won vs some team from 3th amateur league) EVERYTIME in football you have +3 for win match.
If you are playing Ice Hockey and you win you get EVERYTIME +2 (even if you win vs top team NHL or if you win just vs amateurs).
And how it will be working? There is few examples:
BajsHoran total games 3149 (wins: 2166 and loses: 983) so 2166 - 983 = 1183 ELO
Adam_CZ total games 732 (wins: 641 and loses: 91) so 641 - 91 = 550 ELO
AccCreate total games 296 (wins: 153 and loses: 143) so 153 - 143 = 10 ELO
Rogerlucas total games 3092 (wins: 763 and loses: 2329) so 763 - 2329 = (-1560) ELO
Trust me this is the best idea how to make this system ballance and fair.

1. Admins are ALL removed from ranking system. Their win loss ratio should stay with their "points" but they shouldn't be 'ranked' 2. Winning gives 1 points. Losing gives 0.5 points. (Game must be at least 15 minute)
By letting you get points from either winning or losing, it defeats the purpose of stacking and thus discourages stacking ( a little). Plus, a game played is an experience earned by the player. I rather have someone with 100 wins 200 loss than 30 wins 21 loss. (experience = points -just think business style. Each year, you get an additional % salary for POSSIBLE experience-)
Also, by making game at LEAST 15 min to get ELO, it discourages quick enter and leave game. (I mean if you win game in 10 min, grat! U just wont get ELO and u shuld know that. Luckily, by making this take place, nubs will actually have a chance to play a decent long game (above 15 min...lol) instead of dying right after mass))

I can agree with Roystom idea too... you will get +3 everytime if you win and its not important who was your ally or who was your enemy. Simple and fair.

This idea is not stupid because people wil not abuse that stupid elo system anymore (making alts with low elo and losing games on purpose) because in my elo system is not important who is your ally or your enemy.

All I did was simply copy paste the idea of the real world job salary... Every year, regardless of your "pro-ness", you get 2-3% additional salary for the EXPERIENCE
