| It does make a huge diffrence to the player that loses his/hers items. Therefor i think it should be banneble.

Na.
It's really your fault if you lose your own items pre-mass.
Honestly, it doesn't take a genius to figure out if a hero is running to your base and your items are in a vulnerable spot, then most likely, he/she will come to steal/destroy the items.
CHF has already been very 'dumbed down' so that most pubs won't have as much trouble adapting to the game. I don't think we need to lower the standards even more. (CHF back then was very different from now in that in some versions, mass was not automatic and scrolls were not automatic and heroes couldn't TP pre-mass to allow for some micro).

its not 100% true
i still remember one game where Cheesy Gordia & Cyray played vs F00ty R3b0rn & Cou. In that game tDT very fast picked heroes with useless build and first spell was windwalk. They run very fast into base Cou+F00ty and destroyed items. They didnt see tDT come because tDT heroes were invisible. Also of course F00ty with Cou did try micro footies and block tDT heroes but you know its not possible block hero who cast windwalk. So tDT destroyed items and after that use -repick and picked heroes with regular build.
You will probably agreee that F00ty was very smart player (maybe TOP 5 CHF ever) and he admit in that game there was not anything what he can do safe his jaood amulet.

no boots = slow hero ( your base pet can out run you)
no amulet = no mana and quick death in mass
no healing thingy = waiting for 43432432 years to reach full hp
it should not be bannable
