OttoJ, it depends on you of how long if he is new and did not know how to play give him some mercy or if he did not know and is sorry make it a small ban. but if he keeps b!tching about you than make it long.
i do 2 days and note the name on excel sheet if he did it again making it 3-7days and if he does again 7-30days but if its a new player and he feels sorry than i make it 1hr-1day ban and after 3days just check 1 reply and see if he did the same thing again or not [img][/img]
well to fight this part you need to be patient and alot of it just say "sorry you feel this way its not my bot/map but rules are rules i wish you would understand......etc" if he is understanding than make a deal to shorten his ban but remember to have patients and dont fight back [img][/img]
as of right now all bans are automatically two days standard until we adjust the bots and the ban command, etc. So no, as of right now all bans implemented are auto-removed after two days. I've been asking random to remove this but he hasn't.
