| bond what about making the tinker's factory "not dispellable", so you can dispell the units but they will explode.

cd on stuff isnt right for this overal... theres items like claws of devastation, lightspeed shoes or even escalibur that are available early game...u can give items to alies even if u cant pool. 45k total on a team means that u can get excalibur after about 5 mins of game (when the cd is ready)
this mode means lots of high techers and op maulers... dont do this

| what if you make the game so that you can pick 1 aoe, 1 aura/defencive skill, and 1 offencive skill(nuke ect..) then the ulti is free to choose. this will stop all the gay aoe.

and lv3 CD is too long compare with lv2. reduce lv3 CD.
