I agree with bikini and arctty
And arctty explained perfectly. But sometimes it's hard to earn money (7~9k gold -> over 14k for penguin) and hard to finish game.
because of towers.
So my idea is give some buff that already exist stuff.
ATM this nuke is pretty useless. People only make this for fun or just already owned game. (I make this when I dont have chance to win but have some money)
Most people doesnt use this for counter attack.
So my suggestion is buff this Nuke.
After hitted by nuke and there is tower in nuked range. it stops working for 1min ~ 2min . (like EMP shock effect)
If enemy towers doesnt work, u can kill tier0 or tier1 base with footman even it's tier2 or tier3 u can easily break this when u use blood lusted demolisher or some other stuff.
Dont think about tier4 or tier5 base. cause that might be not Mid-game.
(Btw give some 5~10 sec times for evacuate, after "Nuclear launch detected" warning)

Please consider about this new passive skill. Strength hero is really sucks when it choosed as tank build.
wait why are you going to scrap the idea? I think it sounds cool..
