My dad has a dual citizenship and only pays Canadian tax (45%). Also my friend's dad, who makes 5m+ a year, only pays Canadian tax (40-45%, can't remember what it is) yet he's a citizen of and spends considerable time in four different countries, including the States and Switzerland.
